By entering your hotel details on our service you confirm that:

  1. You have the full authority of the hotel owner and they accept these terms.
  2. You will keep your rates accurate and have a system in place for monitoring the number of LateRooms bookings you receive.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by your hotel or your customers as a result of our service.
  4. All copyright in relation to text, content, design, the goodwill, equity and value within our service shall belong to Us.
  5. We reserve the right to extend and develop this service.
  6. By applying for a password you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
 
  • You are given access to your own details 24 hours a day, allowing you to adjust your rates according to your current availability
  • We are not here to compete with your existing marketing channels, but rather become an additional distribution channel over which you have complete control at ALL times.
  • It will allow you to generate extra revenue from rooms that would otherwise be unoccupied.
  • All reservations are sent through to the hotel by both e-mail and fax.
  • A summary of both invoiced and non-invoiced reservations is available online via our extranet and can be accessed at any time.
  • Commission invoices are raised and dispatched monthly with payment terms of 30 days.
 
  • Your password will be sent by email asap.
